So this is the first of many blogs I intent to write to keep you up to date with what is happening in the club kitchen.
Sailing Sundays
The yacht club kitchen will be open 2 hours prior to the race start times.
Breakfast:
Bacon / Sausage / Egg Barm £1.50
2 of the above £2.00
3 of the above £2.50
Full English £3.50
2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs, tomato, beans, buttered toast.
Every Saturday / Sunday Lunch:
Beef Stew (Hotpot) served with bread roll £3.00
Soup of the day served with bread roll £2.00
Sunday Roast £8.00 (from 15th Jan)
Reservation only, served from 1300.
Including Roast meats, roast root veg, seasonal veg, yorkshire pudding, gravy.
Tuesday 10th January
This will be the start of my weekly restaurant night at the club. It is a reservation only service providing food from 1800 to 2000 (last orders 1930). I will start with 2 starters and 2 main courses and build as more and more people take part. The menu is restricted so I can ensure the freshest products are served from the kitchen. I will be visiting the farm shops I know and Fleetwood dock to purchase top quality produce. Check out this blog to find out what is on offer, then

As trade increases I can continue to offer more and more, so if there is something I am not doing yet that you want to see then do not despair! It is on the way.
